Refund policy
TERRA sells digital products (downloadable ebooks and guides). Because these are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, this policy explains how refunds work.
Our 30-day guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of any amount you paid (including your access plan) within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to request a refund
- Email contact@tryterra.store from the address used at checkout.
- Include your order number and, if you'd like, a quick note on what didn't work for you (this helps us improve — but it isn't required).
- We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- As the product is digital, we may ask you to confirm that you have stopped using and deleted any downloaded files as a condition of the refund.
Your statutory rights
These terms are in addition to your legal rights. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital content bought online normally carries a 14-day right to cancel. Where you download or access the product immediately and agree to begin straight away, that statutory cancellation right may end — but our voluntary 30-day guarantee above still applies. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty or not as described.
