TERRA products are 100% digital. There is nothing physical to post, so no shipping is involved and no shipping charges apply.

How you receive your order

• Immediately after your purchase, a secure download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you used at checkout.
• Delivery is usually instant and arrives within a few minutes.
• Your access is for life — you can re-download from your email link whenever you need it.

Not received it?

• Check your spam, promotions or junk folders, and confirm you entered the correct email address.
• If it still hasn't arrived, email contact@tryterra.store with your order number and we'll resend it promptly.

Access plans

Any fee shown at checkout is for a lifetime access and support plan for the digital product — it is not a postage or shipping charge. The plan you choose is displayed clearly before you pay.
